Cotati Food Service is a member of Golbon, America's most innovative and value-producing foodservice marketing group.

Originally Bonded Foods, the group was formed in 1963 by Arthur Oppenheimer and Ernest J. Voigt to provide foodservice distributors a private-label program for premium frozen fruits, vegetables, and potatoes through forward warehouses. This innovation created value for foodservice operators by providing access to premium products at competitive prices.

In 1981, Bonded Foods became Golbon as it transitioned into a full-service, broad-line purchasing and marketing group for independent foodservice distributors across the country.

Cotati Food Service joined Golbon in 1993 to "bond" with like-minded independent distributors for purchasing power, access to superior products, and professional services to improve customers' business.
